ANGEL CREAM DELIGHT 
1 lg. Angel Food tube cake
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sliced strawberries
2 to 4 tbsp. rum (optional)
Whole strawberries and or kiwi, pecans to garnish top

Cut top of cake off gently one inch down from top; set aside. Make tunnel in bottom part of cake 1 inch from sides and bottom, scooping carefully. Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple (juice and all). Let stand. Fold 1 cup of Cool Whip with nuts, berries and pineapple mixture. Sprinkle rum around inside of cake tunnel. Fill tunnel with cream mixture. Put top on cake, press gently to seal. Frost entire cake with Cool Whip. Garnish top with whole berries, kiwi slices or nuts.
