ANGEL FOOD CAKE DESSERT 
1 purchased or home-baked angel food cake
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits or chunks
2 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding

Tear angel food cake into small pieces into 10x13 inch pan. Poke pineapple down and into cake pieces. Prepare pudding according to directions and pour IMMEDIATELY over cake; it sets up quickly. May add nuts inside, and/or on top for garnish (pecans, almonds, walnuts). Gives texture and flavor. Cover with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Garnish with pineapple or nuts. Let set several hours or overnight in refrigerator. May be done with strawberries and strawberry pudding.
