ANGEL FOOD CAKE DESSERT 
1 angel food cake
2 oranges--juice
1 pint whipping cream
1/2 c. ginger ale
1 pound marshmallows

Combine ginger ale, orange juice and marshmallows and melt over low heat. Cool.

Whip cream and fold into cooled mixture. Break cake into bite sized pieces in angel food cake pan. Pour mixture over broken cake. Refrigerate several hours or over night. Unmold to serve. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
