CHOCOLATE ANGEL CAKE DESSERT 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate milk chips
2 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 pt. whipping cream
3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 sm. angel food cake

Melt chocolate chips and sugar over hot water. Beat egg yolks. Cool 5 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff; whip cream and fold in whites into cream. Add nuts and fold in chocolate mixture.

Break angel food cake into bite size pieces. Sprinkle a layer in bottom of buttered 9x13 inch pan (use 1/2 of cake). Cover with a layer of chocolate mixture; sprinkle with remaining cake, then cover remaining chocolate. Chill overnight.
