PEACH SODA SLUSH 
4 peaches, peeled & pitted
1/2 c. club soda or sparkling wine
1 tbsp. frangelico or amaretto
1 c. crushed ice
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Puree peaches in blender container. Add club soda, frangelico and ice and blend well. Freeze in ice cream maker until slushy. (Or turn into shallow container and freeze until solid, then process in blender until slushy.) Serve in chilled glasses, garnished with peach slices in skewers. Makes 4 servings.
