BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

I just made this, I'm not a good cook so I was surprised it was a success. My family didn't enjoy it as much as I did sad to say, but I was just wondering what would happen if I substituted the bologna with ham??? hmmmmmmm.

I like the recipe, but my variation is to get a section of unsliced bologna from the deli and broil it on all sides. Then slice it off in sections while hot and add your mustard and favorites--onions, tomatoes, pickles, barbeque sause, ketsup, mustard to a good ole slide of white bread. Great for a party. Can't you see a foot long bologna ready to go at a tailgater?

I served this at last years Christmas Pot Luck dinner at work. My twist is I cut the sandwich into 4 pcs and stick a fancy toothpick in the middle of each to hold it together. You wouldn't believe the comments and stares my lil sandwiches got! They couldn't believe their eyes. Thanks for sharing this crowd pleasing recipe!

We love to use chicken bologna and instead of cheese we use Doritos... there is just something amazing about the crunch of doritos in the sandwich. White bread, chicken bologna, and a layer of doritos. Try it, you'll love it!!

In the summer time, I use Miracle Whip and a slice of tomato fresh from the garden. Salt and pepper the tomato to taste.

Where is the ketchup? Most important is use "Wonder Bread" so it sticks to the roof of your mouth.

The ONLY way to thoroughly enjoy this classic is to fry it golden brown, put on two slices of buttery bread with a slice of cheese (mayo optional) Move this back into the same skillet, and fry on both sides....YUMMMMMM!!!

I like to add those little pieces of broken potato chips directly onto the sandwich, then smush the bread down to hold them in place... makes for a wonderful texture!!!
