COOKIE CRESCENTS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. each of vanilla and almond extract
1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour (or 2 tbsp. less per cup of reg. flour)
3/4 c. pecans or walnuts

Cream the butter. Add sugar and flavorings. Stir in flour. Gradually add nuts. Use teaspoon for each cookie.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in confectioners' sugar while still warm.
