COWBOY SPUDS TOPPER 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper
6 med. potatoes, baked (6 to 8 oz. each)

GARNISHES:

1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. tomato, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 c. crumbled cooked bacon or bacon pieces

Cook ground beef and onion in a large saucepan over medium high heat until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

To serve, spoon burger topping over baked potatoes. garnish with other toppers as desired.

Serves 6.
