CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 pt. water
1 egg
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 qt. tomatoes
2 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt

Core cabbage and place core side down in pot of boiling water. Simmer until cabbage is tender enough to separate and roll leaves. Combine hamburger, egg, parsley, rice, salt and pepper. Roll mixture into balls and place in cabbage leaf and roll. Place in large pot seam side down. Add tomatoes and water. Simmer 1-1 1/2 hours.
