1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
6-8 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients together, except potatoes, in mixing bowl. Add potatoes. Coat well. Chill.
