MOLASSES PIE 
4 eggs
1 c. molasses
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk

Beat the eggs until light and lemon colored. Beat in sugar, molasses, milk and butter. Pour into the pie shell. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until crust is golden and the filling is set.
