BEEF STROGANOFF 
4 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 (2 lb.) round steak
butter (5 tbsp.)
Egg noodles
Flour

Cut meat into strips. Salt and pepper it and then coat in flour. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add onions and meat. Saute until brown. Add soup, water and gravy mix. Lower heat to simmer. Cook noodles. Just before serving, add sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles.
