1/2 lb. beef stew meat
4 tbsp. minced onions
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
1 pkg. dark brown gravy mix
Salt and pepper to taste

In a stew pot, brown meat and onions together. Add Old Bay seasoning and salt and pepper. Add 1 quart of water, cover, let cook 1/2 hour. Add egg noodles and stir in gravy mix. Let cook until mixture is thick.
