CATSUP BEEF SOUP 
1 sm. beef roast or 1 lb. stewing meat
1 soup bone or 2-3 cubes beef bouillon
1 onion, whole
1 handful celery tops (leaves and stalks)
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 head cabbage
Carrots and potatoes (whole)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. noodles (egg)

Put first 6 ingredients in large pot and simmer until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Add vegetables and simmer until vegetables are done. Cook noodles and serve with broth and vegetables.
