BEEF, ONIONS & PEPPERS 
1-2 lbs beef, any cut, chuck, etc., cut into bite size cubes
1-2 med. onions, cut up
1-2 med. bell peppers, cut up
Garlic
2 tbsp. oil
Stewed tomatoes
Any other vegetables you like
Meat tenderizer
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
White rice/noodles
Beef bouillon (1 pack)

1. Brown meat in oil, Worcestershire, garlic to taste.

2. Add 1 cup water, broth, sprinkle tenderizer and simmer until meat is tender.

3. Add bouillon, onions and pepper.

4. Simmer.

5. Add tomatoes just before serving.

6. Serve with rice or noodles. Presents very well. Enjoy!
