HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour, all purpose
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts

Blend all dry ingredients; add and beat by hand eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix well and add pineapple, bananas and nuts.

Mix completely by hand. Pour into a greased 13"x9" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
