HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped bananas
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, and cinnamon and set aside. Beat eggs and vegetable oil. Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Add vanilla, nuts, pineapple with juice, and bananas.

Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
