HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. thinly sliced bananas
1 can pineapple, crushed, in heavy syrup
1 c. pecans
1 can coconut
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Pour into 3 greased cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together until smooth. Frost cooled cake.
