BASIC QUICHE 
4 eggs
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. minced onion
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
1 unbaked pie shell
Snipped parsley

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add cream, salt, onion, and pepper. Mix well.

Line bottom of pie shell with cheese. Pour cream mixture over cheese, garnish with parsley.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.

Suggested filling: bacon and cheddar, mushroom and swiss
