BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/4 lb. sliced round steak or ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
1 can beef broth
Sm. container sour cream

In skillet, brown meat, mushrooms and onions in butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add broth. Cover and simmer 1 hour, or until tender. Gradually blend 1/4 cup water into 2 tbsp. flour. Add slowly to sauce. Slowly blend in sour cream. Heat and serve over noodles.
