POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 boiled potatoes in skin (white or red)
1 stick butter
2 c. grated American cheese
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 tsp. salt

Peel and grate potatoes. Mix melted butter, sour cream and green onions. Add to potatoes, salt and 1 cup cheese. Mix well. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese on top. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
