POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 med. or 3 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
Pepper
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 lg. onion, sliced

Grease 8x8x2 inch pan. Slice potatoes thin and arrange overlapping slices in rows, then add onions over rows. Pour butter over and sprinkle pepper. Bake in preheated 500 degree oven until tender, 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Add cheeses. Bake 5 more minutes. 6 servings.
