6 potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook potatoes with jackets on. When done, peel and slightly mash in an oblong casserole dish. Mix in all ingredients but 1/2 cup cheese. When all mixed sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. If you want to double do (not add more sour cream).
