CHICKEN POT PIE | |
1 pkg. stuffing mix 1 c. potatoes, diced 1 jar Heinz gravy 1 c. chicken or turkey, diced 1 c. frozen vegetables 1 frozen pie shell or prepare your own Prepare stuffing as indicated on box. Steam your vegetables and boil potatoes. Mix vegetables, potatoes, meat and gravy together. Put aside. Place stuffing in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Spoon the meat, vegetables, meat and gravy on top. Cover casserole with pie shell and bake uncovered. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Yields servings for 4-6 people. |
