BEEF STROGANOFF 
4 tbsp. butter
2 lb. round steak, cut up
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can consomme soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/3 c. water
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 tbsp. flour

Heat butter in large fry pan. Add meat, onion and mushrooms. Brown and drain. In large (5 quart) Dutch oven blend the 2 cans of soup and 1/3 cup water. Add meat, onion and mushrooms, cover and bake until tender - about 2 hours at 350 degrees. Blend sour cream and flour and add this for the last 45 minutes of baking time. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
