3 medium ripe avocados
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. (8 oz) sour cream
2 cans (10 1/2 oz) jalapeno bean dip
1 large bunch green onions, chopped
3 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
2 (3 1/2 oz. each) jars pitted, ripe olives, drained and chopped)
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Mash avocado, add lemon juice and salt. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.

In 12 X 7 1/2 X 2 inch baking dish, spread bean dip, add avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes, olives (all in that order) and then cover with cheese.

Serve with your favorite chips. We like doritos.
