TEX-MEX DIP | |
3 medium ripe avocados 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 1 c. mayonnaise 1 small pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 c. (8 oz) sour cream 2 cans (10 1/2 oz) jalapeno bean dip 1 large bunch green onions, chopped 3 medium sized tomatoes, chopped 2 (3 1/2 oz. each) jars pitted, ripe olives, drained and chopped) 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded Mash avocado, add lemon juice and salt. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. In 12 X 7 1/2 X 2 inch baking dish, spread bean dip, add avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes, olives (all in that order) and then cover with cheese. Serve with your favorite chips.
