CROCK POT TEX MEX DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 can Rotel tomato with chili
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 lb. regular Velveeta cheese

Brown meat; drain and reserve. Into crock pot add all ingredients, stir. Melt cheeses, then add meat. Serve with tortilla chips.
