BROCCOLI - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice, cooked
3 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of water
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
Paprika

Saute onion in butter. Add soup and water; then add cooked broccoli and cooked rice. Stir in cheese until melted. Pour mixture into large casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
