PIZZA WITH MEAT CRUST 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, minced
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. beef broth
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. tomato
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley

Combine meat, onion, bread crumbs, broth, garlic, salt and pepper. Press into 9" pie plate to form a shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Drain. Sprinkle tomato on crust. Top with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and spices. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
