BAKED PEACHES 
5 or 6 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced (2 1/2 lbs.)
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg
1/3 c. butter

Place peaches in lightly greased pan 8 inches square. Set aside. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients. Cut in butter until it crumbles. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. 6 servings. (We thought the peaches needed a little sugar).
