BAKED PEACHES 
4 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine together. Set mixture aside.

Peel and pit 6 freestone peaches. Place peach halves in baking dish. Fill cavity with honey mixture. Pour 1/3 cup water around peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes. Serve with roast pork or chicken, or pour over angel food cake.
