BEEF & CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 soup can water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup

Place cabbage in greased baking dish. Brown beef and onion. Stir in rice and place mixture on cabbage. Season. Combine soup and water; pour into dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
