CABBAGE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 red sweet pepper, diced
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 med. to lg. onion, diced
2 cans Campbells nacho cheese soup
1 med. to lg. head cabbage

Brown hamburger, pepper and mushrooms; drain. Shred cabbage. Take a 9 x 13 inch pan, ungreased, put in 1/2 of the cabbage. Layer 1/2 meat mixture, onion, rest of cabbage, onion, then the rest of the meat. Top with nacho cheese soup. Spread evenly. Cover with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and cook for 20 minutes or more. Let sit 5 minutes. Serve.

For a little zing, use 1 pound hamburger and 1/2 to 1 pound ground Italian sausage.
