CABBAGE AND GROUND BEEF
CASSEROLE
 
Shredded head cabbage
1 1/2 lb. cooked ground beef
1 can tomato soup

In large roasting pan, put half of cabbage; cover with browned ground beef; add some onion when browning, if you want. Cover with remaining cabbage; spread can of tomato soup over top. Rinse can with half full water and pour over ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook at 350 degrees covered 1 hour, uncover and cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
