HAMBURGER AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
Shred one fairly good sized cabbage. Steam until tender. Scramble 2 to 2 1/2 pounds hamburger with chopped onion and your favorite spices or sauces. Grate 1 pound sharp cheese. Layer in a greased 3 quart casserole, save some cheese for topping. Pour 2 cans undiluted tomato soup over all, cutting down through with fork or knife so soup will penetrate layers. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30-45 minute until hot and bubbly.
