BLUSHING PEACH BAKE 
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (29 oz.) can peach slices (pear slices may be used), drained
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. uncooked rolled oats
6 tbsp. butter

In a 6 x 10 baking dish, combine pie filling, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, and lemon juice. Top with peaches. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour, oats, butter, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix until crumbly.

Sprinkle sugar mixture over peaches. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until hot. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
