NANA'S MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. ground pork 3 c. Italian bread crumbs 1 c. grated Romano cheese 1/3 c. minced parsley 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tsp. black pepper 6 eggs 2 tsp. water Olive oil Beat eggs with water. Stir in remaining ingredients (except oil) and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Form into meat balls and fry in hot oil over medium heat, until browned all over. Add to sauce and serve as is or over cooked pasta. Makes 18-24. |
