ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
Parsley
Salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/8 c. Romano cheese
Onion salt
Pepper

Mix ingredients together; add water to moisten if necessary. If too moist, add more bread crumbs. Moisten hands with warm water while forming meatballs to prevent from cracking. Brown and add to sauce.
