NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
5 1/2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar

Work flour, Crisco and salt together until like coarse meal. Break egg in a small bowl, add water and vinegar and beat slightly. Make a well in flour mixture; add liquid. Mix and roll out. Can store in refrigerator for several days.
