MIRACLE PIE CRUST MIX 
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
5 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar

Cut shortening into flour and salt. In cup mix egg, water and vinegar. Add to flour mixture. Mix until all flour is moistened. Roll out for desired recipe.

Makes 3 single crust pies or 2 (8") double crusts. May be wrapped in plastic bag and refrigerated until needed. Keeps well in refrigerator.
