BASIC PIE CRUST MIX | |
9 c. flour 3 tsp. salt 3 c. shortening In large container stir flour and salt, add shortening. Cut with pastry blender until pieces are the size of small peas. Store in air tight container until needed. For 2 crust pie use about 2 cups mix and 4 to 5 tablespoons cold water. Roll on floured surface. |
