PIE CRUST | |
5 c. flour 2 c. lard 1/4 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 c. water Blend the flour, lard, and salt together with a pastry blender or your clean hands. Put the beaten egg in the bottom of a 1 cup measuring cup. Fill the cup with water. Mix with the flour mixture until it forms a ball. This makes enough pie crust for 5 single crust pies. |
