FRUIT ROLLS 
Apples, peaches, pears, or nectarines OR canned fruit
1 tsp. honey for each piece of fruit

Peel and core fruit. Blend until smooth. Cook 5 minutes over moderate heat. While cooking add 1 teaspoon honey for every piece of fruit.

Lay out clear plastic wrap. Use one piece foil each piece of fruit. Spoon mixture onto wrap. Spread thin. Place sheet in oven turned to lowest possible temperature. Leave 6-8 hours. The plastic wrap will not melt.
