FRUIT ROLL-UPS 
1 (16 oz.) can fruit, well drained (peaches or pears)

Cover cookie sheet with plastic wrap. Pour fruit into blendere. Blend until fruit is fine puree. Spread puree on plastic wrap. Spread thin!! No holes and do not touch the edges of pan.

Turn on oven to lowest possible temperature (150 degrees). Leave the cookie sheet in the oven all day or overnight until fruit is dry. Remove from sheet. Start at one end and roll up the fruit and the plastic wrap. Make 1 fruit roll or cut into the size you want.
