FRUIT FILLED BREAKFAST ROLLS 
2/3 c. milk
1 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
4 egg yolks, beaten
4 c. flour

Scald milk, add butter and sugar. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to milk mixture. Add egg yolks and flour. Knead dough several times. Divide in half and roll out one half to fit 12 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Place in pan. Cover with canned pie filling, your own cooked thickened fresh fruit or jelly. Roll out other half and cover the filling layer. Let stand 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. While warm can drizzle with powdered sugar frosting.
