RICE PILAF 
1/3 lb. butter
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice
1 can consomme (beef broth)
1/2 can water
1/8 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown dry uncooked rice in skillet with butter, stirring constantly. Pour into casserole. Add consomme, water, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to mix well. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be baked for the last hour with your roast. Also mushrooms may be added if desired. Serves 4.
