CLASSIC POTATO SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked, peeled, cubed potatoes (6 or 7)
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

In a large bowl stir together first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat well. Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
