1 head Romaine lettuce
2 eggs
1/4 c. vinegar
10 anchovies
1/2 c. grated cheese
4 garlic cloves
1/4 c. oil
Garlic salt
1 lemon
Wooden serving bowl

Crush 4 garlic cloves and rub inside wooden bowl then discard. Chop anchovies finely in wooden bowl. Add oil and vinegar. Scramble 2 eggs in and add garlic salt and juice of 1 lemon. Mix just before serving and sprinkle with grated cheese.
