CLASSIC POTATO SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked, peeled, cubed potatoes (5-6 med.)
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

In large bowl stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Makes 5 cups.
