STIR FRIED TERIYAKI 
1 lb. boneless lean beef
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1 garlic clove, pressed or minced
2 tbsp. salad oil

Cut meat into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and garlic into bowl. Add meat and mix well. Let stand 1/2 to 1 hour. Drain, but save liquid. Heat oil in wok or large fry pan. Add half of meat and stir fry 2-5 minutes until browned.

Repeat for second half, transfer to serving dish. Add marinade to wok and heat until boiling. Serve marinade immediately over meat, rice, and stir fried vegetables. You can also use boneless chicken, pork or shrimp.
